Analyses
VIA IURIS is a professional organization, which strives to achieve systematic changes in identified program topics. Such approach requires deep analytical knowledge of the topic. Legal analyses serve as a base for complicated cases and for preparing legal submissions. They are inevitable for identifying legislative deficiencies and for proposing appropriate solutions. Finally legal analyses enable us to outline a complex strategy within identified program topics.
