VIA IURIS association and its´ cooperating lawyers prepared a free internet manual “First Legal Aid” for all – individuals as well as civic initiatives or other associations. Purpose of this manual is to provide guidance in legal issues related to defense of civic rights or public interest law. Aim of the analysis is to summarize requirements for reasoning of court decisions according to the jurisprudence of the Constitutional court Slovakia and European court of human rights.
