Richard Drutarovsky, Financial Manager

Richard Drutarovsky – as an analyst and consultant provides complex strategic advice and prepares official complaints for citizen´s groups and individuals in the following areas: land use planning, EIA, area management, private property expropriation, construction proceedings, civic participation in municipal self-government and other. To these themes he also contributes by participation on legislative activities and by publishing activies. In the civic association VIA IURIS he is responsible for supervising financial matters.

He was born in 1971, he graduated from the Technical University in Kosice, faculty of informatics in 1994 and consequently participated on creation of the Slovak academic internet network SANET.

In 1997, as an international supervisor of the OSCE, he took part in the parliamentary election in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 1998 he begun working for an international IT company, where he managed project teams and was responsible for project controlling and quality management. He shared his experience with students as a diploma work consultant. Since 2003 he cooperates with the civic association VIA IURIS.

He participated in number of trainings focusing on effective civic participation and negotiation. His area of interest is out-of-court settlement and mediation. He also provides services as an official mediator registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak republic. He is also interested in the municipal politics, free access to information and fight against corrupt practices. He is a radiocommunication amateur.
