EU Fundamental Rights Agency – Thematic legal studies

Via Iuris in joint consortium with ETC Graz (European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy) – European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy are cooperating with the  European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights in a form of provision of reports and studies on legal issues concerning the promotion and protection of fundamental rights in the European Union. The project started late in 2007.

Under this project, Via Iuris lawyers participate in preparation of thematic legal studies:

• Thematic Legal Study on Homophobia and Discrimination on Grounds of Sexual Orientation
• Thematic Legal Study on the Rights of the Child (Child Trafficking)

Besides those studies Via Iuris prepares also national quarterly bulletins and a Flash Report for Slovakia.
